Further research reveals this to have been taken during the filming of Crime Unlimited. You can actually watch the movie on Youtube (a muddy version) and you will see the precise sequence (towards the end if I recall). What is amazing is the detail in this photo. Director Ralph Ince is having a word with her (she is in the spotlight, and looks beautiful). The older actress behind is looking directly at the photographer, and actor Esmond Knight is waiting patiently.
