Ghostbusters #1 CGC 9.8 88MPH 2004 SDCC Exclusive POP 7 Limited Printing Of 1000

One pristine, CGC graded 9.8 Mint issue of the 2004 San Diego ComicCon Exclusive GHOSTBUSTERS : LEGION #1 12-page, black-and-white Ashcan Edition'The Zeddemore Factor. This book was a limited print run of 1000 copies and there are only 6 other issues graded CGC 9.8. This a mint condition, graded slab, in excellent shape.

This comic is especially hard to find in high grades due to the white cover that displays smudges and imperfections easily, and nicks and bends on the corners as a convention exclusive.
