Johnny Hallyday Film Continuity Photos

These are a series of 11 photos what are known as continuity photos that are taken by the script supervisor to track and assure makeup, wardrobe, props and much more on actors for every scene they perform. It makes sure that all takes done for that scene match shot to shot. This was 1988 and back in the day it was done with a Polaroid camera. A hole was punched in one corner of the print (as you can see) and it was placed in a ring along with the others and hung on a belt for quick access as needed. In some photos the set, crew and cameras can be seen. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to direct this film with a terrific cast that included Beau Bridges, Haing S.

Ngnor and the legendary Johnny Hollyday. These feature the iconic French legend which I managed to salvage of various scenes performed by him. His character name was Jacques which can be seen written on each photo along with the scene number involved. These are very rare and seldom, if ever, available anywhere. And nothing like this with the great and wonderful Johnny Hallyday.
